Ovations president, Matthew Cossolotto, conducts a variety of customized Podium Power! programs designed to help participants Speak Your Way to the Peak.  The common thread in all of these programs is Matthew’s book, All The World’s A Podium:  Unleash Your Authentic Podium Power and Speak Your Way to the Peak.

There’s No Such Thing As Public Speaking!

Becoming a confident, comfortable, and effective speaker begins with demystifying the act of speaking in front of audiences.  Speaking with other people is something we all do quite naturally every day.  Labeling a certain kind of speaking as “public” speaking creates unnecessary stress and raises unrealistic expectations. The more conversational and authentic a speaker is on the podium, the more charismatic and magnetic he/she will be to the audience.  And that’s precisely where Matthew’s Podium Power! programs come in.

Podium Power! Workshops
(from 8-20 participants)

Designed for small groups of executives, managers, salespeople, and employees. Matthew’s half-day and full-day Podium Power! Workshops are highly interactive, informative, and entertaining learning experiences.  Each participant receives a personalized videotape for private viewing/learning and follow-up coaching.  The format alternates between lecture-style and experiential learning/videotaping.  A series of 3-5 Podium Power!  Workshops over a period of a few months is recommended for maximum impact.  One-on-one coaching (discounted for Workshop participants) is also recommended to speed up the learning process.  Video feedback is used in the workshops and in the private coaching sessions. Podium Power! Forums

Podium Power! Forums are intended for conferences and other large gatherings of employees, executives, managers, and sales teams.  Forums are typically 60-90 minutes in duration and are highly interactive, informative, and entertaining.  The format is mostly lecture-style with demonstrations and experiential learning involving selected volunteers.  The content covered is similar to the Podium Power! Workshops above.

Guest Speaker/Keynotes:
All The World’s A Podium!

Matthew offers lively, entertaining, customized guest speaker presentations/keynotes for conferences and other large gatherings.  Content draws from his book All The World’s A Podium! and his many years of experience working with top political and business leaders.
